The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MKD025B-144-GP1-UN is a servo motor in the MKD Synchronous Motors series. It combines motor size 025 with length code B and uses winding code 144 to produce position-controlled rotary motion in compact handling modules and indexing tables. A shaft with a keyway transfers torque to the driven load, and an integrated shaft seal helps keep lubricant from moving toward the resolver cavity. The motor is supplied with a holding brake, which allows the axis to remain locked when power is removed and supports vertical or safety-related installations.

A centering diameter of 40 mm helps align the motor during installation, and the 54 mm square flange fits standard servo gearbox interfaces. At standstill, the motor supplies 0.9 Nm of continuous torque without overheating under rated conditions. Rotor position is monitored through Resolver feedback (RSF), so the drive receives relative position information for closed-loop control. The housing has an IP65 rating, which helps protect internal parts from dust and low-pressure water jets. Power and encoder connections share a common interface, and Class F insulation allows the windings to operate at temperatures up to 155 °C within the insulation class.

The integrated brake provides 1 Nm of static torque, helping hold the shaft during maintenance or emergency stops. System repeatability is rated at ±8 angular minutes, which suits light assembly equipment that depends on small, repeatable moves. The connectors are turnable within a range of 270°, allowing cable exit direction to be adjusted without placing unnecessary strain on the wiring. Ambient operation from 0 to 40 °C supports normal use in enclosed machinery and similar indoor industrial environments.
