The Rexroth MHP093C-058-HG1-BFNNNN is a servo motor that is part of the Rexroth MHP synchronous motor series. The motor provides feedback using an incremental encoder that supports 2048 increments. To prepare the motor for the moist industrial environment, the motor has a shaft sealing ring and an integrated holding brake with a torque of 70.0 N-m. The brake holds the motor’s shaft at standstill.  The MHP093C-058-HG1-BFNNNN operates effectively at a voltage and current of 178 Volts and 21.0 Amperes respectively. The motor’s winding resistance (at 20 degrees Celsius) and its winding inductance stands at 0.32 Ohms and 2.6 milliHenrys respectively. Note that the motor can reach a speed of 2000 revolutions per minute.

Rexroth Indramat MHP servo motors, including the MHP093C-058-HG1-BFNNNN, support standard power cables to enable direct connections or connections that feature midway plug-in points. The power cables used must take into consideration the motor’s cooling mode and the lowest cross section needed. To maintain the strength of signals and or power, the cable length between the motor and the controller with two intermediate plug points should not exceed 75 meters. The motor effectively operates in an environment that has a minimum temperature of 0.0 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 40.0 degrees Celsius. When in storage, the motor should be kept at temperature between -20.0 to 80.0 degrees Celsius respectively.
