Product Description

The Bosch MHP093C-058-HG0-ANNNNN is a synchronous motor. It is compatible with PowerDrive controllers. A 2048 increments incremental encoder on the motor provides the drive controller with the necessary feedback regarding the motor position. The motor is a permanent-magnet excited motor with electronic commutation.  The special magnets used in the construction of the motor allow a low inertial mass design. MHP motors can be liquid cooled, surface cooled or air cooled. The MHP093C-058-HG0-ANNNNN is a convection cooled (air cooled) motor. The motor does not include a holding brake. Optional holding brakes are available from Bosch and can be ordered if required. Power connection for the mains electrical power supply is on side A of the MHP093C-058-HG0-ANNNNN. Typical applications for drive systems that use MHP motors include printing machines, machining centers, gantry axes, textile machines and robots.
