The MHP093C-035-HP1-ANNNNN model from Rexroth Indramat is intended for use with a POWERDRIVE drive controller and a continuous path control made by Heidenhain with realizes application-specific axis movement. The MHP synchronous motor is typically used for machine tools, gantry axes, handling machines, printing machines, and robots. The motor is checked prior to delivery for operating reliability and safety. The MHP synchronous motor features 320/329 V of nominal voltage, 4.9/9.9 A of nominal current, 9.0/17.9 of Nm nominal torque, and 2500 rpm base speed. The motor with 60-K motor (housing) overtemperature will produce 23 Nm of continuous torque at 12.4 A of continuous current whereas with the 100-K motor (winding) overtemperature the motor delivers 28 Nm of continuous torque at the continuous current of 15.5 A. The thermal time constant for the motor is 75 min. The motor is also known as a permanent-magnet excited motor with electronic communication. The model provides maintenance-free operation due to a brushless design and the use of lubricated bearing having a life span of 30,000 operating hours.
