The MHD131D-024-PG2-LN is a state of the art motion control platform that has been designed for speed and position control tasks in the industry. This motor is capable of improving the power factor of an existing system. This model is used in many key industrial areas including food processing machines, automation equipment, paper manufacturing machines, paper printing machines, and handling equipment. This motor is provided with an internal encoder system that is the reason for its exceptional speed control performance. Whenever there is a deviation between actual and programmed values, the encoder generates corrective signals that remove the errors in real time. This MHD motor is also provided with a holding brake that has the ability to locate the shaft firmly in its position when the motor is de-energizing.

The MHD131D-024-PG2-LN has a characteristic speed of 2000 rpm and can reach a maximum speed of 3000 rpm if required. The system can be operated at an overtemperature of 60K and 100K. When using this model, there is no need for frequent maintenance because of its high quality components. Sufficient lubrication is provided to ensure a friction free operation that extends the service life of the motor. This also reduces the mechanical wear and tear of the system. Another improvement in this motor is the use of electronic commutation in the place of brushes. This ensures a spark free operation and also ensures peak torque availability for a wide range of motor speeds.
