Product Description

The MHD115C-024-NP0-AA synchronous motor offered by Bosch Rexroth does not have any holding brake. The motor is integrated with a keyway shaft designed as per DIN 6885-1 specification. The product depicts a length of 458mm. The housing of the device portrays resistance against weathering, chalking, coloring as well as diluted acids and lyes. The unit features balancing with complete featherkey and hence the machine in which it is installed should not be featherkey balanced. Its shaft has low requirements for shaft-hub connection and allows keyed torque transmission with constant direction. The motor features screwed connections for its flange.

This motor is associated with favorable heat dissipation between the exterior wall of the motor housing and the stator winding. The product supports an easy cabling mechanism because of the cable sets available in various designs. This device has a theoretical maximum torque of 231Nm. The wear and tear of the rubber seal in the shaft can be lowered only by ensuring that the sealing point on the unit is clean and there is adequate lubrication. Its flange screwed connections should be able to withstand the forces during the operation and the weight of the motor. The bearings in the AC motor are designed to withstand high radial loads.

The device supports the direct overhung mounting of belt pulleys and pinions. The unit also portrays a peak torque that can be used over a wide speed range. It has to be stored and transported between -20°C and 80°C. The motor has a time constant of 100 minutes when it is cooled by natural convection. The bearings of this device are to be replaced if there is a running noise or their nominal service lifespan is over. The unit is intended to be regularly inspected for damaged connection lines and they have to be changed if needed. This motor has backup support for one year and is delivered worldwide.
