The MHD115A-058-PG0-BA synchronous motor offered by Bosch Rexroth comes with high overload capability because of the favorable heat dissipation from the windings of the stator to the exterior wall of the motor housing. The motor has a high torque that can be used over a wide speed range because of electronic commutation. The product features a 058 winding code. The device features a peak current rating of 164.7A. The unit must be kept dry during handling, transport and storage. It should be stored as well as transported only in horizontal orientation.

This motor is equipped with a plastic protective sleeve on its shaft that has to be removed only just before assembly. The shaft and flange of the product have to be free of damage and impact during handling and/or transport. The device comprises a continuous torque of 32Nm and a continuous current of 36.6A at 60K when natural convection cooling mode is deployed. The unit portrays Class F insulation in accordance with DIN VDE 0530, Part 1 specifications. It is to be stored and transported between -20°C and 80°C. The motor mounting action must be done in a dry and clean environment.

The product must be worked on only after de-energizing the associated system and securing the power switch against unauthorized or unintentional re-energization.
