The MHD115A-058-NG1-BA is a high torque motor belonging to the famous MHD series. This model is known for its ability to support automation tasks in the industrial assembly lines. The motor is able to support the speed and position control in real time. With the use of premium quality permanent magnets, the motor is able to generate a high output torque across all speeds. The main advantage of the motors from this series is that the torque output doesn't drop sharply when the speed is increased. The magnetic flux produced by the magnets is increased to compensate for the reduction in torque. As a result, uniform power output remains available at changing speeds. Similarly, the speed can be kept uniform when the torque/load is changing.

The MHD115A-058-NG1-BA is supported by drive controllers that are equipped with an encoder. This results in accurate control over the rotor’s position in real time. This model has a characteristic motor speed of 4000 rpm. If required, a maximum speed of 6000 rpm can be extracted from the output shaft. There are a total of four pole pairs in this model. The motor has a sturdy build quality and can be used in extreme weather conditions. The motor can be used within ambient weather conditions of 0 °C and 40 °C. This model can be used in areas where the maximum elevation doesn't exceed 1000 meters above sea level. This model has a theoretical maximum torque of 110 Nm and has been provided with class F insulation material for the protection of sensitive circuitry.
