The MHD112C-058-NP0-AN is a high quality synchronous motor that has been designed for controlling the speed and position in different types of industrial machinery. This model has been manufactured for high functional performance and has a long mechanical service life. The motor comes with many technology imporvemnets and is equipped with an electronic commutation as opposed to a conventional brushed design. This model comes with a DIN compliant flange design that enables the motor to be integrated with a wide variety of host platforms. The overload capability of this model is also improved because of the stator windings of this motor can direct heat away tpwards the outer walls of the motor casing. This synchrnpus motor is mechanically stable because of the presence of suitable air gaps in its design.

The MHD112C-058-NP0-AN has been built for operating in a wide variety of conditions. The outer enclosre has been designed to sustain temperatures between 0 °C and 40 °C. The outer enclosure also gives protection against the ingress of oils, emuslions, and non corrosive materials. There is protection against the ingress of water jets and build-up of dust and debris inside the motor. The motor’s rotor has a low inertia that facilitates the execution of high speed movements that are needed for start stop tasks. This model has been designed with better dynamics and can accelerate and decelerate at a fast pace. The moor has the ability to maintain its peak torque when the motor speed is not constant.
