The MHD112B-035-PP0-RN model is another variant of synchronous motor with a right-side power connector designed and developed by Rexroth Indramat. The power connector assists in developing the main power connection with the 280 – 307 V AC main power source. The MHD112 synchronous motor operates at its full efficiency when used according to the parameters mentioned in the MHD instruction manual. As per instructions, the rated temperature range of the motor is 0 to +40 degree Celsius and it can be mounted at the maximum altitude level of 1000 meters above sea level. The insulation category of the motor is class-F, and a prime black coat is applied to the motor housing to prevent chalking or coloring. The MHD112 synchronous motor is capable of delivering the continuous power of 4.2 – 8 kW at natural cooling mode and 10.1 kW at surface cooling mode. At its full efficiency, the motor draws 8.9 – 21.7 A of rated current from the system. The ideal operating speed of the synchronous motor is 2500 rpm and a shaft with keyways is placed in this model for the smooth transmission of torque.
