The MHD095C-035-NG0-AN is a maintenance-free permanent magnet servo motor designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Its maintenance-free feature is made possible by its brushless design and the presence of bearings that remain lubricated all through their lifetime of service. These bearings are ideal for high radial loads, allowing the direct overhung mounting of pinions and belt pulleys, and have a service life of 10,000 hours. Because heat is effectively transferred from the motor’s stator windings to the walls of its housing, it has a high overload capability. It is also resistant to damage by thermal overload as it is equipped with thermal sensors that monitor its temperature during use.

Using a plain shaft with a shaft sealing ring, the MHD095C-035-NG0-AN is provided with a friction-locked shaft hub connection for its smooth running. Its nominal speed is 2,000 revolutions per minute, and this can be raised to a maximum of 4,500 revolutions per minute. It has 4 pole pairs and can assume any installation position desired by the user. Cabling sets are supported in the use of this motor, and they facilitate its easy cabling. It is enclosed in housing that protects it from potential harmful extrinsic materials like dust and water jets. Hence, the motor housing has an IP 65 protection rating.
