Product Description

The MHD095B-058-PG1-AN is a type code for a synchronous motor which is manufactured by the Bosch Rexroth Group under the MHD series. The MHD095B-058-PG1-AN is fitted with a digital servo feedback with integrated multiturn absolute encoder and has winding code of number 058. It comes with a holding brake of 22Nm and a plain shaft which has a shaft sealing ring fitted onto it. Its output direction of power reception is on the A side and the housing design was specially designed for natural convection or surface cooling. The motor size has a number code of 095 and its length is B.

The electrical, rated data and mechanical parameters are recorded under three major types of cooling and motor overtemperatures. These are Natural 60K, Natural 100K and Surface 60K/100. Some of the parameters recorded under these three respective values include continuous current at standstill: 22.8A, 24.8A and 34.2A. The continuous torque at standstill: 17Nm, 18.5Nm and 25.5Nm. There are some constant parameters. The Rated Frequency is constant at 133Hz and like the Rated Speed is also constant throughout the three parameters at 2000min–¹. Two mechanical parameters are recorded under the three respective types of cooling. They are the time constant at 40min, 40min, 20min, and minimum strand of cross-section at 1.5mm², 2.5mm² and 4.0mm². The values constant under the aforementioned parameters include the theoretical maximum torque which is recorded at 66Nm, maximum speed is 6000min–¹ and moment of inertia of the rotor is 49×10–⁴kgm². The motor mass is 19kg.

Conditions for operation include paying attention to the maximum setup height which is 1000 above MSL and the permissible ambient temperature is 0°C to 40°C. When transported or permanently stored the surrounding temperature should not exceed the borders of -20°C to 80°C. The MHD095B-058-PG1-AN comes with an IP65 degree of protection and a class F Insulation. It is advised to regard the Instructions manual before unpacking, installing and using.
