Product Description

Rexroth motors makes the MHD093C-058-NP1-AA. It is identical with other servo motors in the MHD series. It has a motor length type 'C' and a full motor size of 093. Being a MHD093C its winding code falls into 058. The motor encoder which sends signals to the drive controller is a digital servo feedback and has a holding brake of 22Nm. The shaft comes with a shaft sealing ring and a key per DIN6885-1. It has an A side connector and the housing is designed for natural convection or surface cooling.

The description of the MHD093C-058-NP1-AA comes in two major parts; the electrical and mechanical parameters.

The MHD093C-058-NP1-AA has four types of cooling and motor overtemperature values. These are the Natural 60K, Natural 100K, Surface 60K/100 and Liquid 60K/100 which sees the continuous torque while at standstill at 23Nm, 28Nm, 34.5Nm and 43.7Nm respectively. Also respective to the different cooling and motor overtemperature, the continuous current while at standstill are 28.3A, 34.5A, 42.5A and 53.8A. The motor speed is 4000min–¹, peak current is at 127.4A. Torque constant at 20°C is 0.91A and  voltage is 82.7v/1000min–¹. It is designed with four pole pairs and the winding resistance and winding inductivity are 0.32Ω and 2.6mH respectively.

Examining rated data under the Natural 60K, Natural 100K, Surface 60K/100 and Liquid 60K/100 we have the rated speed at 2000min–¹, 3500min–¹, 3500min–¹ and 3500min–¹, while the rated torque is slated respective to the type of cooling and motor overtemperature at 7.9Nm, 9.1Nm, 19.2Nm and 32Nm. The rated current according to the cooling and motor overtemperature are 6.9A, 7.9A, 16.7A and 27.9A. Rated performance measured in kW also has values of 2.0kW, 4.0kW, 8.5kW and 14.4kW respectively. The MHD093C-058-NP1-AA in relation to the above stated cooling types and overtemperature has rated voltage of 168V, 293V, 302V and 317V. It also has the rated frequency at 133Hz for Natural 60K and remains constant at 233Hz for the other cooling and motor overtemperature.

The minimum strand cross-section at 2.5mm², 2.5mm², 6.0mm², 6.0mm² and also measure the time constant at 75min, 75min, 35min, 25min also along with the motors types of cooling and motor overtemperature. Other settings include the moment of inertia of the rotor which is 3.0×10–⁴ and theoretical maximum torque is 88Nm. Maximum speed of the MHD093C-058-NP1-AA is 6000min–¹ while the motor mass is 23.5kg. When setting up, it should be kept 1000m above MSL and it is to be operated in temperature within 0-40°C. It has an IP65 degree of protection and according to DIN VDE 0530 Part 1, it is insulated per F class.
