Product Description

The MHD093B-035-PG1-AN/S020 synchronous motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth can be fitted with the GTS, GTP or GTM type planetary gearings. These gearings have high torsional strength and can be used under adverse environmental conditions. The motor also supports the attachment of 058 series worm gears with adjustable low-play gear teeth. The product features a standardized electrical connection. The device comes along with a power connector and an encoder connection. Its power connector features the connections for a holding brake as well as a temperature sensor. The unit is supplied with power through a bayonet catch or a flange socket with a screwed connection.

The product is designed to be operated between 0°C and 40°C with rated data. The device is capable of carrying loads if it is fitted with shock absorbers. The unit has an IP 65 degree of protection according to DIN VDE 0470 Part 1 specifications for its housing, feedback and power connectors as well as the output shaft. It encompasses a B05 design and can be installed both horizontally and vertically. This motor must not have any fluid accumulation on its output shaft for a prolonged period when it is installed vertically as the liquid penetration may cause its damage.

The device has a winding code of 035. The unit features a RAL 9005 black colored prime coat for its housing. The coat on its housing must not have a thickness of more than 40µm. This motor can be affixed with axial or radial blowers in case of extreme loads. The holding brake of this product has to be used only when the motor is in standstill mode to perform a drive-internal brake check. This brake works on the electrically releasing principle.
