The MHD093B-035-NG1-BA industrial synchronous motor is designed to be safe for industrial applications; however, this motor can carry out dangerous movement if it is connected to faulty accessories or configurated with the wrong parameters. The flange of this industrial motor is designed according to DIN 42948; this flange allows industrial operators to attach the motor to any part of the industrial servo system.

The MHD093B-035-NG1-BA motor is a permanent magnet motor that uses an electromagnetic field to stimulate rotational movements. The electromagnetic field generated by this motor can interfere with the operation of important medical devices such as cardiac pacemakers, hearing aid, and metal implants; to prevent industrial accidents, persons wearing any of these devices should not be allowed to operate the motor. The MHD093B-035-NG1-BA motor connects to the drive controller through two major types of electrical cables; the power cable and the motor feedback cable. These two cables should be properly shielded to reduce electrical interference in the servo system.
