The MHD093B-035-NG1-AN is a new generation industrial synchronous motor manufactured by highly trained operators of Rexroth Indramat to convert electrical energy into the kinetic energy required by industrial production machines for optimum operation. This industrial synchronous motor is a brushless motor that means the IP65 protection class; its enclosure is covered with a prime black coat which offers it complete protection from rapid degeneration that is often caused by liquid substances such as dilute acids dilute lyes, seawater, and hydraulic oils. This industrial synchronous motor also operates with electrical commutation; it carries out continuous start-stop operations with high repeat frequencies. These motors can also generate a peak torque which can be utilized over a broad speed range.

The technical data of this synchronous motor depends on its surface temperature. At a surface temperature of 60 kelvin, this industrial motor can generate a rated torque output of about 12.0-newton meters while drawing an input current of 10.2 amperes from the mains. However, at a motor surface temperature of 100 kelvin, the MHD093B-035-NG1-AN industrial synchronous motor generates a torque output of about 14.0-newton meters while drawing an input current of about 11.9 amperes from the mains.

The MHD093B-035-NG1-AN industrial synchronous motor can reach a maximum rotational speed of 4500 revolutions per minute while drawing a maximum current of 45.9 amperes from the industrial drive controller through the power cable. This industrial motor is also designed with an electrically released holding brake, which helps retain the load connected to the motor’s output shaft while the motor is at a standstill. This holding brake operates with a rated electrical current of 0.71 amperes and generates a holding torque as high as 22-newton meters.
