Product Description

The MHD093B-024-NG0-BA servo is a high dynamics servo motor, which operates in conjunction with a drive controller to provide highly precise movements and controlled speed for diverse industrial machines. It is designed by the Rexroth Indramat, with modified features that allow it to operate perfectly in adverse conditions and potentially explosive areas. It has a housing designed according to  IP 65 degree of protection, giving it a compact appearance.

The MHD093B-024-NG0-BA servo motor has rotor windings that generate a high-speed rotational movement of 3500 radii per minute while it draws an input current of about 10.3 Ampere from the drive controller. It also has a very small inertial moment of about 17.3 ×10-⁴ kilogram meter square; this it can carry out continuous and precise start-stop operations with high repeat frequencies. This synchronous motor also makes use of the digital servo feedback encoder, which transmits positional values and generates a fast feedback response to the drive controller, which uses this information to control the operation of the motor. It is also designed with an improved data memory for a simple and fast startup.

The MHD093B-024-NG0-BA servo motor is designed according to international quality standards; under ideal operating conditions; this motor operates with an efficiency of about 95 percent. It also regulates its internal heat through natural convection; thus, the motor should be installed in a position that exposes it to cool air. It operates at an ambient temperature of 40 degrees Celsius; however, the motor can be stored at an ambient temperature as high as 75 amperes during transportation. This motor is covered with a black coat that is resistant to chemical substances such as dilute acids, dilute alkalis, and even hydraulic oils.
