Product Description:
The MDD115D-N-020-N2L-130PA0 is a perfect servo motor designed to provide reliable and safe operation for your systems. This servo motor has a nominal speed of 2000 rpm and a robust continuous torque of 57 Nm at a standstill, making it perfect for applications that value high rotational torques with medium to low levels of rotation speeds. To keep the motor design much more efficient, the MDD115D-N-020-N2L-130PA0 has a torque constant of 0.74 Nm/A at 20 degrees Celsius, supported by a continuous current of 77 A at a standstill.
To ensure the motor coil converts power much more efficiently with minimum losses, the coil of this servo motor has a winding resistance of 0.06 ohms and an inductance of 1 mH, allowing the motor coil to reduce spikes from sudden changes in the motor speed that require higher values of currents. The motor’s rotor moment of inertia of 271 x 10⁻⁴ kg·m² allows for smooth motion in high-torque applications, enabling this motor to easily increase or decrease its speeds with minimum hassle. Low inertia is also perfect for applications that require a low response time when timing is critical.
With a standard housing design, this motor is suitable for natural convection and surface cooling. It has a durable construction that is IP 65 rated, providing protection against dust and water ingress, and it features insulation class F, ensuring thermal stability during prolonged use. The balance class N (per DIN VDE 0530 section 14) minimizes vibrations, enhancing overall system performance and helping reduce axial stress, allowing the shaft to rotate smoothly without causing unnecessary wobbles.
