The MDD115D-N-015-N2M-130GB2 industrial motor features a durable enclosure that provides protection according to the IP65 protection class; it also features a compact design and is covered by a prime black coating that provides it with protection against mildly corrosive liquid substances such as dilute acids, dilute alkalis, mineral oil, and lye. An additional layer of coating can be added to the already existing motor coating; however, this additional layer must not exceed a thickness of 40 micrometres.
