The Bosch MDD112D-N-020-N2L-130GB0 is a MDD series servo motor. It is deployed in combination with a drive controller for high-performance industrial applications. The motor is packed onto a palette or in cartons at the time of delivery. The way the motors are packed depends upon the numbers and/or sizes of the motor. If a single motor is packed on a palette, it is secured against sliding and movement by means of squared timbers and tightly lashed into place with taut metal bands. If several motors are delivered together, up to three motors will be on one palette. Pieces of styrofoam or cartons are then used to prevent them from damaging each other. There is a barcode sticker on the packaging of the motor. If several motors are in one carton or container, then there is a sticker for each motor.
The sticker helps to identify the contents of the cartons and is required to complete the order procedure. The motor is delivered with a name plate attached to the motor housing. If a second name plate is ordered, then it is placed over the original one with double-sided tape. Both are on the housing of the motor. The MDD112D-N-020-N2L-130GB0 has a nominal 1500 RPM speed rating. Its IP65 rated housing is suited to surface cooling and natural convection. The MDD112D-N-020-N2L-130GB0 supports digital servo feedback. Its centering diameter is 130 millimeters. The motor comes with an output shaft that is plain. Power connection towards side B. The MDD112D-N-020-N2L-130GB0 motor does not include a holding brake. Only qualified personnel should handle the motor.
