The Bosch Rexroth MDD112C-N-030-N2M-180GA2 is a digital servo motor. As per the motor type code, the code for the motor frame size is 112 and the code for the motor frame length is C. It supports digital servo feedback via an integrated multiturn absolute encoder. The encoder is a sensor that measures motor speed and position and sends this information to the drive controller. The feedback is transmitted through a feedback cable that connects to the feedback connector on the motor. The power from the drive controller is carried through a power cable that connects to the power connector on side A of the motor housing. Both connectors are sealed.
