The MDD093D-F-030-N2M-110GB0 is a permanent magnet-excited synchronous motor. Synchronous motors are distinguished due to their characteristics of shaft rotor synchronization with the frequency of the supply current at a steady state. This special motor is an MDD (Motor for digital drive controllers) variant that offers a base speed of 3000 rpm, and it comes without the holding brakes. The centering diameter of the motor is 110 mm (standard), and this machine is equipped with digital servo feedback with an integrated multi-turn absolute encoder. The encoder is compatible with optical systems (relative and absolute).
The relative optimal system includes digital servo feedback (DSF), and the absolute optimal system includes digital servo feedback with an integrated multi-turn absolute encoder (DSF + MTG). The system accuracy of the encoder is 0.5 angular minutes, and the detection range with absolute position detection is 4096 motor revolutions. There is a 12-pin flanged socket on the motor for the feedback connection. The side B shaft ends are standard, and the vibration severity grade is regular sine shaped as per DIN VDE 0530 section 14, 2/93 edition. The housing coat on the MDD093D-F-030-N2M-110GB0 is RAL 9005 which is black primal.
The peak installation elevation for a variant of permanent magnet-excited synchronous motors is 1000 meter meters above sea level.
