Product Description:

The MDD093C-N-030-N2M-130PB0 is a unique industrial synchronous motor designed by Rexroth Indramat to accurately generate kinetic energy used in industrial production and processing systems. This motor is manufactured according to American and European quality standards; it features a unique housing unit that meets the IP65 protection class and is covered with a prime black paint that protects the housing of the motor from rapid deterioration by protecting it from corrosive liquid substances such as dilute acids, dilute alkalis, lyes, and even hydraulic oils. This controller is an environmentally friendly device that does not generate a high amount of noise during operation; this makes it possible for industrial operators to operate the motor at any time of the day without actually causing any disturbance to the industrial environment. The housing of this motor can be covered by an additional layer of external coating to protect it from concentrated chemical substances; however, this additional layer of coating must not exceed 40 micrometres.

The MDD093C-N-030-N2M-130PB0 industrial synchronous motor connects to the drive controller through the power cable and the motor feedback cable. The power cable conducts electrical energy from the drive controller into the motor, while the motor feedback cable is used in the exchange of digital information between the controller and all other parts of the motor feedback mechanism of the industrial motor. This motor can be integrated into any position in the servo system as it features a compatible housing structure and is supplied with a special flange manufactured according to international quality standards.

The permissible ambient temperature at which this industrial motor can be operated falls between 0 to about 40 degrees celsius; however, during transportation and storage, the motor can be stored at a temperature as high as 80 degrees Celsius.
