The MDD093C-N-020-N2L-130GB2 is an MDD series Asynchronous motor that comes in a size of 93 mm and a frame size of C. This servo motor weighs approximately 22 kg and can be easily installed using a flange mount system. This motor comes with a speed rating of 2000 rpm for nominal mode, while it can provide a continuous standstill torque of up to 19.5 Nm. The maximum torque this servo motor is capable of generating is 60.6 Nm.
This motor features a digital servo feedback system that relies on the software aspect of the feedback control system, primarily the PID control loops, which, using the feedback values from the output, tries to minimize the error in the system to ensure accurate operation of the motor. This servo motor has a very quiet design owing to the fact that it does not feature a blower. When standing up to 1 meter from the servo motor, this motor configuration has a noise level rating of 75 dB. This motor can be mounted at a maximum height of 1000 meters above sea level to remain operational in rated conditions.
This AC motor comes with a 130 mm centering diameter to keep the shaft of the motor perfectly aligned. To ensure perfect torque transmission, the MDD093C-N-020-N2L-130GB2 comes with a plain shaft design. The power connector of this motor is placed on the rear, making it easier for the operator to connect and disconnect wires when the motor is mounted using a flange mount option.
