The MDD093C-L-030-N2M-130GA1 model is designed to deliver high torque under continuous operating conditions. A power connecter with A-side power delivery is installed at the top of the motor to make an electrical connection with the digital drive controller. The MDD093 AC servo motor can only be used with a surface cooling mode in which a blower is attached to the motor housing for cooling purposes. The blower unit blows external air to dissipate the additional heat from the motor via forced convection. The model is engineered to deliver 28 Nm of rated torque while dissipating the rated power of 46.2 A. The peak current requirement of the motor is 145 A with the maximum torque delivery of 60.6 Nm. At 20 degree Celsius, the MDD electric motor has a winding resistance of 0.25 Ohms and the constant torque of the motor is 0.61 Nm/A. The MDD093 AC servo motor is equipped with digital servo feedback (HSF) and a multiturn absolute encoder for controlling the efficient positions and speed of the motor.
