Bosch Rexroth’s MDD AC servo motors are permanent magnet-excited synchronous motors with a brushless design. Their permanent magnets are made of rare earth or iron oxide magnetic materials. They also feature electronic commutation, which gives them a high cyclic load capacity and makes them suitable for high-frequency applications. They are designed to ensure high contouring accuracies at high feed rates, especially when used for cutting in high-speed ranges. In addition, they have a wide range of applications, including machine tools, textile machines, printing and packaging machines, robotics, handling equipment, and transfer facilities.
The MDD093B-N-040-N2L-130GB0 has a high power density, making it suitable for highly dynamic operations like roller feeds for pressing, punching, and nibbling machines, and tool changing devices. It is equipped with digital servo feedback as its motor feedback system for position detection.
