MDD093A-N-060-N2L-110PA0 is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. It belongs to the MDD product line. MDD motors have a brushless design and come with bearings lubricated for their complete operational life. As a result, MDD motors are maintenance free, which reduces total cost of ownership. In addition, MDD motors belong to IP65 protection class: the motor housing is fully sealed and provides excellent protection against dust and moisture. MDD motors support multiple cooling methods. The MDD093A-N-060-N2L-110PA0 is motor that operators can use with either surface cooling or convection cooling. Surface cooling requires installation of a cooling fan, which increases the system cost. However, it enables higher rates of heat dissipation which allow the motor to deliver higher levels of output current and torque. Convection cooling is a lower cost option, which enables lower output current and torque.
