Product Description:

The Bosch MDD093A-N-030-N2L-130GR0 is a digital servo motor. It is designed for industrial applications. Bosch’s MDD product line includes nine motor series with different continuous torque and speed ranges that are suited to different applications. Servo systems with MDD motors are well-suited to applications such as tools, textiles, printing and packaging machines, as well as robotics. The MDD093 series delivers high power density and is suited to highly-dynamic applications such as roller feeds for nibbling machines and tool changing devices. The motor housing design is standard and suited to surface cooling and natural convection. For extreme loads, such as continuous start-stop operations with a high level of repetitive frequency, it is possible to mount a surface-cooling unit to some of the motors. Bosch provides blower motors that operate at single phase AC 230 Volts AC and 115 Volts AC.

The blower unit is a separate component and can only be ordered with the use of its own order number. When ordered, the blower is delivered by Bosch mounted to the motors and ready to connect. Speed rating of the MDD093A-N-030-N2L-130GR0 motor is 3000 RPM. The motor balance class is standard. The main output shaft is smooth and has a standard B shaft end. Digital servo feedback is supported by the motor. This feature provides accurate real-time feedback to the connected motor controller. The controller uses this feedback to make suitable adjustments to its output and control motor speed and torque. Rated output requires 0 to 45 degrees Celsius ambient temperature. Motor output derates between 45 and 55 degrees Celsius. Motor operation at ambient temperatures above 55 degrees Celsius is not permitted. The ideal site elevation range is 0 to 1000 meters.
