The MDD090B-N-020-R2L-110PB0 model has several advantages over DC servo motors, such as its small size, low weight of 18 kilos, and high rotating speed of 2,000 revolutions per minute. In stationary mode, the MDD090B AC servo motor can generate a high constant torque output of 7.2 while using a minimum constant current of 8.3 and producing little radio frequency interference. The model has an R-class balance and a 110 mm centering diameter. On the B side of the housing is a power connection, and the output shaft is keyed. The model has a winding resistance of 1.99 ohms and a torque constant of 0.86 at 20 degrees Celsius. In order for the model to be installed and operated in conditions as close to ideal as possible, the maximum amount of torque it is capable of producing will be reached. To eliminate vibrations and increase performance, the MDD093B AC servo motor must be installed inside the selected machine with care and used in conjunction with a driving controller.
The model MDD090B-N-020-R2L-110PB0 meets IP65 specifications for dust and liquid resistance and has a maximum coating thickness of 40 microns for corrosion and mild acid protection.
