Product Description:
The MDD090A-N-040-N2L-110GB1 is a new generation industrial synchronous motor designed by Rexroth Indramat to convert electrical energy into kinetic energy required by industrial production and processing machines for optimum operation. This servo motor is specially designed to be suited for operations in industrial conditions considered unfavourable for convectional industrial devices. It also features a durable housing unit that meets the IP65 protection category and is covered with a prime black coat designed to protect the housing of the motor from corrosive liquid substances that can cause the rapid deterioration of the motor. This industrial synchronous motor is also designed to undergo continuous start-stop operations with a high repeat frequency.
The MDD090A-N-040-N2L-110GB1 features an internal encoder that monitors and converts the physical operation of the motor into digital signals interpreted by the drive controller and used to control the operation of the industrial motor in real-time. Also, this industrial motor features a plain output shaft which is specially designed to aid the smooth transmission of the kinetic energy generated by the motor into the industrial machine without any risk of sudden disconnection or wobbling. The MDD090A-N-040-N2L-110GB1 industrial motor has a centring diameter of about 110 millimetres; it also has a total weight of about 18 kilograms. This industrial motor is also specially structured to allow for the direct integration of the motor into any position in the servo system.
The MDD090A-N-040-N2L-110GB1 industrial synchronous motor should be operated at an ambient temperature of about 0 to 40 amperes; however, if it is to be stored for future operation, then it can be kept at an ambient temperature as high as 75 degrees Celsius.
