The MDD025B-N-100-N2G-040PD1 is a compact AC servomotor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the MDD Synchronous Motors series and is intended for operation on digital drive controllers in light-duty automation axes.

At standstill the rotor can deliver a continuous torque of 0.60 Nm, while short bursts are absorbed by the integrated blocking brake that holds up to 1.0 Nm when power is removed. Rated for a nominal speed of 10000 min⁻¹, the motor supports high-throughput positioning tasks where cycle time is restricted by spindle velocity. Accurate centering during installation is aided by a 40 mm centering diameter and the rotor–shaft assembly is balanced to the standard quality grade to limit vibration in fast starts and stops.

Control accuracy is enhanced by resolver feedback that supplies absolute position and velocity data to the drive.
