The MAF225C-0150-FQ-M2-DG0-35-N1 is a liquid-cooled asynchronous housing motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MAF IndraDyn Asynchronous Motors series. Designed for installation on machine frames, it provides constant torque at a regulated speed for material handling, forming, and processing equipment. It works with inverter-based drives that command precise velocity profiles while the motor’s liquid circuit keeps stator temperature steady during continuous duty. This arrangement supports long production cycles without thermal derating.
At a rated speed of 1500 rpm, the rotor delivers the nominal mechanical output expected in most four-pole applications. Heat generated by the windings is removed through liquid cooling, and coolant enters and leaves through a connection thread sized at 1/2 inch for direct connection to machine manifolds. A multi-turn absolute encoder supplies feedback, and its EnDat2.1 digital interface supports noise-resistant position reporting with a resolution of 2048 increments. The encoder electronics operate from a 7–12 V supply provided by the drive controller.
