The MAF225C-0050-FQ-S2-EH0-35-N1 is a liquid-cooled asynchronous housing motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MAF IndraDyn Asynchronous Motors series. It is intended for drive tasks where constant torque at low speed and low heat emission inside the machine frame are required, such as extruders, calenders, or test stands. The unit belongs to the liquid-cooled asynchronous product line, so stator losses are transferred to a coolant circuit instead of the surrounding air, allowing compact installation in tightly enclosed automation cells.

The motor uses a connection thread on the coolant manifold sized at 1/2 inch, so standard industrial fittings can be attached without adapters. A closed liquid loop removes heat directly from the copper windings and keeps the frame near ambient, which supports operation at the nominal speed of 500 rpm without thermal derating.
