The MAF180D-0200-FR-M2-FK0-35-N1 is a liquid-cooled asynchronous housing motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the MAF IndraDyn Asynchronous Motors series. Designed for automated machinery, it converts inverter-supplied electrical power into mechanical rotation for positioning, conveying, and cutting tasks. The motor uses a 180 frame with length code D. It is supplied without a holding brake, so any required static load retention must be provided externally. Flange and foot mounting points, together with a keyed shaft, support rigid coupling to gearboxes or belt-driven equipment.

Heat is removed by liquid cooling, and the coolant circuit uses enclosed rapid-action couplings with a 1/2 inch connection size at both the inlet and return. This arrangement helps control stator temperature during continuous operation. The rotor has a rated speed of 2000 rpm with winding code 0200, and standard bearings support the expected axial and radial loads. Position feedback is supplied by a multi-turn absolute encoder with 2048 increments per revolution and EnDat 2.1 communication. The housing is rated IP65, and the shaft includes a sealing ring to help resist coolant spray and airborne particles in demanding machine environments. Insulation class F allows higher winding temperatures without reducing dielectric strength under normal use. The permitted ambient operating range is 0 to 40 °C.
