The MAF180D-0200-FQ-S2-FP0-35-N1 is an industrial induction motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MAF IndraDyn Asynchronous Motors series. This liquid-cooled motor is intended to drive pumps, extruders, and similar loads where continuous torque and temperature stability are required in automated production lines. It integrates a single-turn absolute encoder for position feedback and follows DIN EN 60034-14 vibration limits, providing a ready-to-mount source of rotary motion for use with IndraDrive inverters.

The stator jacket uses liquid cooling, and coolant enters through a connection thread with a 1/2 inch port, allowing closed-loop heat removal in compact installations. The motor uses flange and foot mounting, so it can attach to base plates or face flanges without adapters. Under nominal conditions, the rotor reaches a rated speed of 2000 rpm, which is suited to gearless coupling with medium-speed machinery. Feedback and control signals are exchanged through an EnDat2.1 interface, so absolute position data is transmitted digitally to the drive controller for synchronized operation. The single-turn sensor resolves each revolution into 2048 increments, and its electronics operate from a 7–12 V supply range that matches common encoder power rails in modular cabinets. The insulation system is rated to class F, supporting winding temperatures up to 155 °C during intermittent loading. Additional features include balanced-with-complete-key rotor alignment, vibration level A, and an allowable ambient range of 0 to 40 °C for full-load operation.
