This motor is designed to deliver a power of 83.8 kW and has a nominal current rating of 168.5 Amperes. At locked rotor configuration, this motor has a torque of 460 Nm while drawing a current of 187.8 Amperes, making this motor perfect for applications such as robotics.

This servo motor also has a low rotor inertia of 0.855 kgm^2, as this helps with allowing the motor to immediately accelerate and decelerate its speed, perfect for applications that require rapid response when it comes to regulating speed. The motor has a torque constant of 2.75 Nm per ampere of current, making the motor power efficient and capable of delivering a reasonable amount of torque for every ampere of current it consumes.

To help cool the motor during heavy-duty operations, the MAF180D-0200-FQ-C0-HP0-35-N1 servo motor relies on the liquid cooling method, which is the signature feature of the MAF series of motors. The default liquid for the liquid cooling is water, however, users are free to use a different compatible coolant. The liquid cooling allows this motor to dissipate approximately 2.5 kW of heat and requires a coolant flow of 3.6 liters per minute along with the coolant inlet temperature should be between 10 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius for the liquid cooling to work efficiently. This motor does not come with a blocking brake but relies on the encoder for accurate positioning and encoder memory for position storage.
