With a high speed of 6000 rpm and a liquid cooling option, the MAF180D-0150-FQ-S2-KP0-35-V1 is a perfect option for controlling your Industrial drives and machines. This motor is very accurate thanks to its S2 configuration of its Encoder that uses the EnDat 2.1 communication protocol which sends data in the form of packets to the control module along with an error detection CRC code making the communication efficient and secure.
This motor can produce a torque of 435 Nm and draw 135.5 Amperes of current while at locked rotor condition this motor can produce a torque of 460 Nm and draw around 140 Amperes of current making the motor a power piece of machinery perfect for high power industrial applications. The motor also comes with an IP 65 Ingress Protection rating that provides protection against dust up to 2 mm in size and low-pressure water jets. This protection also applies to scratches up to 0.2 mm deep. The motor is also painted with a black prime color providing protection against corrosion on the housing of the motor.
This motor is designed to sustain at a temperature between 0 degrees Celsius to 45 degrees Celsius and can be stored in a room when not in use, but make sure the temperature of the storage room is between -10 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius to prevent the parts from wearing out over time. The motor also comes with Class F protection against fires of up to 170 degrees Celsius. This motor requires maintenance after every 20000 to 30000 cycles of use to help prolong its life and to keep the motor performance stable.
