A unique feature of this motor is the incremental encoder with 2048 increments denoted by "C0". Incremental encoders measure shaft position and speed. These encoders measure changes in position.
Incremental encoders are different from absolute encoders. The 2048 increments refer to the number of steps, the encoder completes in one complete rotation of the motor's shaft. It is suitable for applications where accuracy is necessary, such as conveyor systems. It has standard bearings designated by N. The motor has a vibration severity grade of S1 = 3.
