The MAF180C-0200-FR-S6-FG0-35-N1 Bosch Rexroth asynchronous housing motor and its supporting drive controller work in unison to form a drive system. This motor must be protected against jamming and crushing. The product should never have salt mist on its surface and should be free of condensation and direct solar radiation at any point of time. This device is prone to frost damage if it is stored and/or transported with the liquid coolant. The unit must be checked for corrosion-free electric contacts if the storage period is more than a year. It must be worked on with utmost care to prevent the risk of damage and accidents. This motor is attached to the machine using pan head or hexagon screws and washers that comply with DIN ISO specifications.
The product must be fitted to the machine only after ensuring that the center line of its output shaft is aligned with the center line of the connection shaft. This device is meant to be assembled only after doing a visual inspection to ensure that its components are free of damage. The unit should not be subject to impacts on its shaft.
