The MAF160C-0200-FR-S6-FP1-05-N1 motor is one of the parts of the MAF series produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This motor is aimed at providing a solution to the industrial use since it is built to endure the strenuous conditions of the industrial operations. This motor is characterized by such properties as liquid cooling, increased torque, accuracy and reliability.
From the part number, this motor is a standard size 160 with the length being of size C. The winding code 200 shows that this is a 3-phase AC servo motor that is high performance and efficient. One of the special aspects of this motor is the forced cooling system marked with FR with rapid action coupling. This system employs the use of an external liquid coolant to provide for an effective way of transferring heat during operation. An absolute encoder denoted by the S6 in the part number is incorporated in the system to offer the user essential speed and position information.
