The MAF160C-0200-FQ-M0-FP0-35-V1 is an asynchronous motor that has been designed for use in t applications which demand a high level of control and a high level of torque. This motor is part of the reputable MAF series from Bosch Rexroth's IndraDyn A family to meet high performance and reliability in different industries. It is especially effective at generating high torque at low rpm, which makes it most suitable for applications in the machine tooling, printing and textile industries. Due to its robust and small size it can be easily combined with IndraDyn drive controllers which expand its functionality and possibilities of use.

These motors find their application in machine tools like CNC machines, Lathes and Drilling machines and offer accurate control and high torque for milling, turning and grinding operations. The MAF series motors are used in printing and paper-processing industries to maintain the constant speed and torque for the offset printing presses and accuracy in paper cutting and folding machines. Because of their efficiency and cleanliness, these motors are used in packing and food processing equipment such as filling and sealing machines, conveyor and sorting systems.

The motor has a frame size of 160 with C type length and 200 type winding. This motor is capable of providing high torque output in terms of standstill torque, which is at 250 Nm, the rated torque is at 240 Nm while the maximum torque is at 550 Nm. It can work with the maximum current of 232.7 A, thus allowing it to support highly complicated tasks without any difficulties.
