The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MAF160C-0150-FQ-S2-FK0-35-R1 servo motor is built for extreme conditions and is capable of offering excellent performance features with numerous technical characteristics.
This motor features a power rating of 150 kW and a rotational speed of 1500 RPM it is suitable for use in conditions where high torque is required at low rpm as is the case with heavy industrial tools. The motor has a maximum rated torque of around 955 Nm and works effectively within the voltage range of 400 - 480V AC with a rated current of around 300A. It has got a maximum operating temperature of 55 degrees C though with derating factors to ensure that it does not overheat. The motor uses an axial water-cooling system for cooling and this is very efficient in cooling the motor especially when it is in constant use as this helps in increasing the life of the motor. It comprises a Singleturn Absolute Encoder with EnDat2. 1 interface and 2048 increments to offer positioning accuracy which is critical in applications that require a high level of accuracy. A major aspect is the protection factor whereby it has an IP65 rating. All the motor bearings are provided with clutch mounting and this makes the motor to be more durable especially when working under pressure.
There is a half-key balancing of the shaft and there is a shaft sealing ring which makes the shaft more reliable.
