The MAF160C-0150-FQ-S2-EQ1-35-N1 asynchronous housing motor introduced by Bosch Rexroth supports maintenance during operation. This motor must be operated only after reading and understanding its safety instructions and associated documentation. The device is intended to be used only in the specified configuration and combination of components. This unit is designed to be used exclusively for industrial applications. It incorporates an electrically releasing holding brake to support its operation. The motor is equipped with standard or deep-groove ball bearings and has a frame shape of 35.The product supports flange and foot installation. This device is balanced dynamically according to EN 60034-14:2004 requirements. The unit has a threaded centering hole on the end face of the output shaft. It is possible to introduce an overpressure into the motor through the sealing air connection to prevent the ingress of the coolant.
This motor operation with sealing air is allowed only if its system pressure is between 0.1 bar and 0.2 bar. The product must never be installed at an altitude exceeding 3000 m above sea level.This device supports a maximum axial vibration load of 10 m/s2 between 10 Hz and 2000 Hz frequency. The unit must not have any fluid accumulation around its output shaft. It can be attached by either flange mounting or foot mounting. This motor is likely to encounter short-term damage due to incorrect installation with foot mounting. The product has a black color RAL9005 paint on its housing that cannot be coated with an additional layer if it is put to operation in potentially explosive areas.
