The MAF160B-0150-FQ-S0-FQ0-35-N1 is an asynchronous motor from Bosch Rexroth in its IndraDyn A Series of motors. The motor is designed for operation with an external cooling system. The coolant has a temperature range between 10°C to 40°C. The motor must be connected using an adjustable 1/4” torque screwdriver, a combination wrench set, a 1/2” torque wrench with adjustable scale, an Allen keys set, and a 1/4” + 1/2” socket wrench set. The device comes along with a waranty period of one year.

The mechanical and electrical connections of the motor must be checked after every 1,000 operating hours. The motor housing may experience very high temperatures when the bearings of the motor become defective or worn out. The motor features 0150 type winding and it has an IP65 protection rating. If the motor has been kept idle for a period of one to five years, it must be warmed up at 1,000RPM speed for an hour before start-up.
