We have brought to you a solution to all your industrial needs i.e. MAF130D-0200-FQ-S0-AP1-35-V1, an induction motor manufactured by Rexroth Bosch Group. It belongs to the class of alternating current (AC) electric motors where the rotor is not synchronized with the rotating magnetic field produced by the stator.

From performance technicalities to housing design, everything is top-notch. Coming towards the sizing of the motor, it is defined by 130 and 200 are its windings. It comes with holding brakes as well that help in maintaining position, facilitates emergency stops minimizes backlash, protects gear trains, and ensures stable operations. The transmittable torque delivered by the holding brakes while clamping electrically is 100 Nm and a connection voltage of 24 +- 10% of DC current is required for their operation. In addition to this, the holding brakes consume 1.5 A of rated current alone whereas the overall rated current consumption of the motor is 93.9 A. However, the motor can draw even more current up to 190.9 A when it is required to deliver additional torque. The value for the rated torque of the motor is 200 Nm and its maximum limit is 461 Nm. The moment of inertia of the holding brakes is 0.002 kgm2 and the moment of inertia of the rotor is 0.151 kgm2 which is not that much that can affect the ability of the motor to accelerate or decelerate smoothly. The mass of the holding brakes is 8 kg and the mass of the motor is 147 kg so the overall mass of the motor including the mass of the holding brakes as well is 155 kg. At 20 degrees C, the torque constant value is 2.51 Nm/ A and it offers a duty cycle time of 10 minutes.
