From the asynchronous motor collection of Rexroth Bosch Group, MAF130D-0200-FQ-S0-AH0-05-V1 is a high-tech motor that can be a good choice for empowering your machine tools, textile machines, and metal-forming tools.
With 200 windings, its insulations are of F grade reflecting the reliability of the insulations even at higher temperatures up to 155 degrees C. However, the external temperature when the motor is operational should remain between 0 degrees C to 40 degrees C. On its housing which is 130 in length and D in size, you will find the connector on the A-side through which you can connect it with any electrical power source. It has a single-turn absolute encoder with 512 increments that help in tracking the position and rotations of the shaft. Cooling is facilitated by a liquid coolant that produces the maximum system pressure of 3 bar. 4.8 l/ min is the required coolant flow at Pv and the cooling agent inlet temperature ranges between 10 degrees C to 40 degrees C. The shaft of the motor lacks a shaft sealing ring and holding brakes are also not present but the installation of reinforced bearings helps achieve higher speeds of up to 7500 rpm. Whereas, the key speed and rated speed are 1500 rpm and 2000 rpm respectively.
This motor draws 93.9 A of maximum current under specified conditions without overheating and sustaining damage whereas the maximum current ratings for this motor are 190.9 A. As the value for the moment of inertia is quite negligible i.e. 0.151 kgm2, it can easily accelerate and decelerate without requiring a lot of torque to change the rotational speed. All in all, this motor is capable of giving a rated power output of 41.98 kW but when it rotates at its maximum speed, the amount of power exceeds up to 85.9 kW.
