Product Description:

The MAF130D-0150-FQ-S2-BH0-05-N2 is a part of the MAF Induction Motors Series designed by Rexroth Indramat Bosch. The MAF130D-0150-FQ-S2-BH0-05-N2 is a high-torque asynchronous AC servo motor, available for industrial applications that require great accuracy. The MAF motor, with a winding code of 0150, is a liquid-cooled type with a 1/4 connection thread, enhancing its life.

It is also equipped with a single-turn absolute encoder with 2048 increments designated to enhance the motor's position feedback. The electrical connection is user-friendly, as it is done via a connector on the B side. The driven shaft is of plain type, incorporating a shaft sealing ring (H0) to ensure that the shaft is protected from contaminants. Moreover, these shaft seals are utilized because lubricant or oil needs to be sealed when it is used in the shaft to avoid friction. Similar to other types of seals, shaft seals work by applying pressure to the surface of the shaft. This type of motor is meant for flange mounting (05) and comes with standard bearings (N), which give it strength and allow for a smooth operation. Its specific vibration severity grade (S) guarantees that the environment is free from high levels of vibration, making it particularly suitable for precise working conditions.

The rotor of an asynchronous servo motor is indirectly coupled to the stator windings through the magnetic field of the stator. The lag, or slip, is another distinct feature of asynchronous motors. Indramat motors are especially suitable for variable-speed drives and load applications that demand tight torque control. Since precision is crucial, they are widely employed in CNC machines, robots, and automated manufacturing lines. These motors are also appropriate for uses where the motor's dependability under demanding conditions is crucial.
