Product Description:
Bosch Rexroth Indramat MAF130C-0250-FQ-S2-AP0-05-N1 is a high-performance cylinder in the MAF IndraDyn Asynchronous Motors, to be used in heavy-duty industrial automation setup.
With cylinder bore of Ø130 mm, and a stroke of 250mm, it delivers high power of force and a longer linear movement which is suitable in heavy duty applications. The flange mounting style provides secure and stable assembly within a broad variety of machine designs. It is equipped with adjustable pneumatic cushion and enables fine-tuning of deceleration at the end of the stroke to increase safety and the life of the cylinder. The incorporated FQ magnetic proximity sensor provides a proper position detection with high precision control and automation feedback. The rod end thread type S2 structure is favorable in connection to the external elements. Ports have the size G1/2 according to the BSPP thread that fits Ø130 mm cylinders, and thus can be connected with ordinary pneumatic fittings. The cylinder is stable at pressure between 0.1 to 1.0 MPa, with a strong capability of achieving consistent performance at different applications.
Its functions have been designed to withstand ambient and fluid temperatures of -10 to +70 °C, without freezing it and thus, it applies in various industrial conditions. The piston rod is manufactured of steel, chrome-plated, and has a superior ability to resist and anti-corrosion. The AP0 auto switch with five sensors provided allows flexible detection of piston position to enhance control and flexibility of the system. Seals are manufactured by using long-lasting nitrile (NBR), whereas the cylinder body is made of aluminum alloy which is light but strong. The MAF130C-0250-FQ-S2-AP0-05-N1 has a maximum piston speed of 500 mm/s, so can provide fast, smooth and reliable little strokes and therefore is an excellent choice to be one part of a high-performance pneumatic system with requirements of precision and robustness.
