The MAF130C-0250-FQ-N0-AL0-05-N1 from Rexroth is an Asynchronous AC motor, also known as an Induction motor, which relies on copper coils to produce the necessary electromagnetic force needed to spin the rotor. This motor design features 3 poles or coils that are used to excite the rotor as well as vary the speed by adjusting the frequency of the AC voltage applied. The motor has an operating voltage range between 240 Volts AC and 480 Volts AC.
The MAF130C-0250-FQ-N0-AL0-05-N1 has a speed rating of 2500 rotations per minute, which is quite mediocre compared to other configurations of the MAF130C motors.
