The Bosch Rexroth MAF range of asynchronous motors includes the MAF130C-0150-FQ-S2-AP0-05-V1. Motors in the MAF series offer dynamic performance and are suited for use as main and servo drives for all rotary drive tasks. This motor is a liquid-cooled motor with a connection thread. It is equipped to handle high demand applications with high cyclic loads. The housing of the motor has built-in temperature sensors that prevent overload damage by monitoring temperature. The motor is also optimized to offer reliable performance in all types of environments and comes with IP 65 protection rating so it performs optimally even in dusty and moist industrial conditions. The motor is built for convenience and comes with an easy service design that permits maintenance even during ongoing operation.
The motor is rated for a nominal speed of 1,500 min-1. It is rated for a peak speed of 7,500 and comes with a reinforced bearing, type code V, which offers high speeds. This type of bearing features an additional cylindrical roller bearing on the output side so it can accommodate increased radial forces. The motor?s rated nominal torque is 145.0 Nm while the rated maximum torque is 329.8. The motor has a convenient space-saving design for ease of integration. It is also fitted for flange mounting for ease of installation and comes with electrical connectors on Side A of the motor.
The motor is equipped with a single-turn absolute encoder, 2048 increments for evaluating the position and speed of the rotor. The motor?s output shaft is a shaft with keyway balanced with entire key, ideal for the transmission of torques with constant direction and low demands for the shaft-hub connection. This unit does not come with a blocking brake.
